kid's safety

during the past snows young children were playing on the golf course, they made snowmen,
some sleding and snowballs going back and forth. I didn't see or hear any adults. I wondered
who, if anyone was keeping an eye on these kids. Prior to the holidays we had a problem
with salesmen trying to sell a cleaning product; one man would demonstrate the wonders of
the product which left the second man free to roam the house. The Sherrif and State Police
apprehended these bogus salesmen in Tuscawilla and asscorted out of the area. My point is,
how safe young kids playing in a large area unless there is physical presence of an adult from
time-to-time?
