Madden 10 for Wii, Brand New, Sealed

I bought this for my husband and he really has no interest in it. I tried to return it, but since I misplaced my receipt they wouldn't allow it due to recent thefts at Wal-mart.

It is brand new and still sealed in the orginal wrapper. I paid $50, but would happily take $40 for it. It would make a nice Christmas gift.
