U.S. Residents Fight for the Right to Hang Laundry

This is an interesting debate. Although I am a bit too lazy to hang laundry, and really wouldn't want to see it all hanging about the neighborhood, I had no idea you could save $100 a month doing it. Just something to think about in these tough times.
