Lost golden lab

My name is Tom I live at 171 Saint Andrew Dr. My 1 year old golden lab (50 lbs male) darted out the front door this evening. I chased him halfway around the neighborhood until I actually got a hold of his collar.......... He somehow slipped out of his collar and proceeded to run even faster.
