Will the sod on Oakmont Live??

No I am not so bored that I can watch grass grow, but I am eager to see if R & L's second attempt at the $600 sod job will take root.

It was so sad to see the first batch pulled up, dead as a door nail, from lack of watering.

Let's all pray for the Sod on Oakmont.

PS That area looked like it worked so much better as a parking pad for the bus stop there. Can anyone give me details as to why this is no longer parking?

I believe that area was zoned by the county as green space so it had to be changed back.

What an extremely expensive piece of green space...

That is weird that an area "inside" a community is zoned as green space.

Politicians hard at work I suppose.

Green space that the board should have known was green space before they spent the $2000+ to turn into a parking pad and then have to change back.

Looks like it is going to make it if it can make it through the heat. $2,000 huh? Brilliant.
