My name is Sarah Nemetz-Itobi and I am your elected Secretary for the Locust Hill Board of Directors. Thank you Metina for starting a forum for this community-since there has not been one in place for over 3 years now! What a WONDERFUL and WELCOME idea!!! I'm sure that homeowners will be happy to know that they can voice their concerns on this forum and that at least one elected official will take their interests to heart. I cannot speak for the rest of the Board, but I am willing to hear any concerns that you may have and I am not afraid of signing onto this forum and being an active part of it.

Hey there! My name is Karl and I live on Sawgrass Drive with my wife Kimberly and our 5 children. I relocated to the area 3 years ago after having served as a Federal Air Marshal from March '02 till July'08. I served as a Police Officer in Philadelphia for 9 years before becoming an Air Marshal.

I currently work as a Explosive Scent Canine Handler for DHS-FEMA at Mt. Weather.

My name is Carl Wagner, and I live on Baltusrol Drive. I'm the old guy you see walking around Locust Hill regularly. I rent a townhouse from my daughter and son-in-law. They and their children live three miles west of here.
