He was a very nice man although a little rough around the edges. But he did a good job, cleaned up afterwards and "threw in" a quick power wash (actually just a rinse) of our siding for an extra $25. We are looking for someone to come replace and install new boards in our existing hardwood floor. Boards here and there have been damaged by water, baby gates, dropping stuff. I don't want to replace the whole floor, but boards throughout. If you can recommend anyone, I would appreciate it.
