Community Member,

If you have not found out by now your new price per gallon for AmeriGas will be $3.09 per gallon, as long as you are on the AmeriGuard protection plan, if not then it will be $4.19 per gallon. I did find out a few thing that may aide you in trying to lower the price:

1. It can be $2.74 per gallon if you buy up front for a fill up. That of course can be a lot of money.

2. If you have a business in town that uses AmeriGas and live in Locust Hill you can receive ...

I was shocked to learn that Kubic Construction doesn't pay dues on 32 empty lots they own in the community. This decision was handed down in Oct. of 2005(Mike Boyle and Carolyn Ballinger were on the board then) according to the property manager. Thus if this decision wasn't made, Kubic would have paid in over $61,000 in dues.

I also inquired if there were any other vacant lots in the community that didn't pay dues. I was told there are 4 others in the community and they are all assessed ...

Neighborhood Watch Equipment??

After proposing this topic and speaking with other community member, this question was raised.

Where is all the equipment that the community purchased for the neighborhood watch a few years ago?

I seem to remember is was several thousand dollars spent. If we aren't going to use it, could we sell it and put the money back into the community?

Street Lights

Neighbors,

If you live near a street light that is out at night or is on during the day and have the time to go out and get the identification number off of the pole (should be located on a silver round plate on the front of each pole) please send me the and I will call them all in at once. We pay too much money for these poles on a yearly basis. The individual that is supposed to be doing it is not and if this is the only way that this will get done I will go and do it.

Thanks,
